Breakfast Booster
This breakfast is aimed at people who are not hungry in the morning, those who prefer salty foods, athletes, people who need a lot of concentration in the morning.
Recipe :
Prepare a juice by mixing:
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 half celery
- 4 sprigs of parsley
- 5 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 thumbnail of ginger (not required)
You can drink part of it at breakfast, and the rest during the day.
